MEET ERIC L. PAZNER
Eric Pazner is the founder of FRED – Father’s Rights for Equality in Divorce and a passionate advocate of men’s rights. He received his bachelor’s in economics in 1986 from York University in Toronto. His Master of Business Administration was completed shortly after in 1989 at the University of Windsor in Ontario. After completing law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, JD and graduating cum laude in 1994, he began practicing family law.
Eric practices in many areas of family law, including child custody, child support, divorce, parenting time, paternity, change of domicile, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, spousal support and complex marital estates. His firm was established to secure the rights of fathers and men in the judicial process by creating a level playing field in the courtroom and ensuring a fair outcome for men.
MEET JULIA MASCH
Julia Masch, born and raised in Rockland County, graduated from Fordham University School of Law and was admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York in 1991.
From 1999 – 2001 Julia served as Director of Legal Training for the NYS Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, where she developed and conducted training programs throughout the State of New York to educate attorneys and legal professionals on the dynamics of domestic violence. In 2001 Julia returned to private practice where she continued to be devoted to the areas of family and matrimonial law. She has lectured for the New York State Bar Association, the Rockland County Bar Association and the Rockland County Women’s Bar Association on these and other family law topics and co-authored an article on Family Offense proceedings. Ms. Masch serves on the Board of the Rockland County Woman’s Bar Association, the Board of the Rockland County Jewish Community Center and is passionate about her volunteer work at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. Her professional affiliations include membership in the Rockland County Bar Association and the Rockland County Women's Bar Association.
Julia’s legal experience includes appearances before the Rockland, Westchester, Orange and New York County Supreme and Family Courts. She has also appeared before the Appellate Divisions of both the Second and Third Departments.
